We’d love to have you!   
We have a weekly improv workshop designed to train you to become a player on our ComedySportz® St. Louis field.  Improv is the ultimate way to grow personally and have a blast at the same time!  We have monthly shows for our training center players who want to participate (No pressure.. some players in training never want to jump onstage and that’s not a problem.  Eventually, you can end up on our ComedySportz St. Louis field.

 

Sundays, January 7 through 28.

Introduction to Improv |  
1:00-3:00 p.m. | 4 week class
Instructor: Theresa Masters

Are you looking for a fun and creative way to connect with others? Whether you’re an introvert or craving the spotlight, improv is a great way to learn to be in the moment, listen and share, and create on the spot. This class will help you practice the basic rules of improv, while learning games to prepare you for future performances. Beginners will feel welcomed and supported while even experienced improvisers will get to polish their craft

$125 for 4 week class.
$100 for early registration (by Dec 31st at 11:59 pm

$75 for students (Anyone who has ever taken an improv workshop or class qualifieswhether it was yesterday of 50 years ago.  Also applies to anyone enrolled in any class or school of any kind)

Theresa Masters is a member of CSz St Louis and is on the ComedySportz team as a player and referee, teacher and coach.  She is a St. Louis-based writer, instructor and improviser. She has been learning and performing improv for nearly three decades and has been instructing kids (as young as three), teens and adults (including senior citizens) in improv skills for over ten years. She has worked as an instructor at the Improv Trick-St. Louis, Mike McGuire’s Improv Fun and Games, St. Louis Comedy Connection and offers corporate team-building workshops using improv. She received her training from Bill Chott (of Improv Trick), Laura Hall (music director of "Whose Line is it Anyway?"), among others, and is a graduate of the Improv Shop.
